For more than a decade I've built rooms where people feel seen: as a COO scaling a national convention to 10,000 guests, in higher education, and alongside brands, nonprofits, and private clients. The titles changed. The job stayed the same: turn intent into experience.
I'm Afro-Dominican and first-generation, raised in a family that hosted like it was holy work. The real curriculum has always been my mother's table.
